Ingredients
- 100 gr of European cucumbers
- 40 g of roma tomato
- 1 teaspoon of onion.
- 2 tablespoons of corn.
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- Balsamic vinegar of Modena.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Preparation
- Rinse and peel the cucumber. Cut the cucumber into thin and long slices.
- Wash the tomato and cut it into small pieces. The onion, cut in half, peel and chop into squares. In a heat-resistant glass tray add the already chopped vegetables except for the cucumber.
- In the heat-resistant glass tray add a little salt, pepper, olive oil and some vinegar. We mix everything together.
- Now we are going to start rolling the cucumber with the slices that we have chopped. We introduce the vegetables that we have in the heat-resistant glass tray.
- To finish our dish, we decorate it with some tomato slices.
